Marie is quite possibly superhuman. She’s doing the work of a small team of people, while balancing that with a series of significant changes in product, and being a new parent. Her singular dedication to doing things right, and her affable, thoughtful approach to doing so has inspired me in my own role, and made me better. Marie’s secret power is that she can do just about anything, and make it look like she’s been doing it forever.

Coming back from leave, Marie skipped exactly 0 beats in getting fully into AI’s product needs. She balanced everything we needed, while working with everything for the other 3 platform teams as well. It has been a night and day difference in communication patterns, direction, support, technical product expertise and assistance since she has stepped back into her role.

By driving alignment at the very top level with execs, helping AI button up its value vectors, making clear the initiative work that needs to be done, and working with each of our dependent teams (in platform and engineering), Marie has had a massive uplift in her time back. Her helpful ‘can do’ attitude, willingness to roll up her sleeves and work side by side with whomever to get it all done has changed the game for the AI team the last few weeks. Q4 will be successful because of her hard work.
