Marie Doce is a seasoned product leader with 15 years of experience delivering high-impact software across AI, health tech, and enterprise SaaS. Most recently, she led product at Jasper AI, where she shipped enterprise features that helped close major deals and scale adoption. Prior to that, she built and launched products at Mindbody, TripAdvisor, and multiple early-stage startups.
Marie’s superpower is turning messy ideas into focused, buildable products. She helps founders define sharp roadmaps, validate ideas quickly, and find early traction on the path to product-market fit — fast, grounded, and ready to scale.

About Henry Doce
Henry is a product-minded engineer who helps startups turn early ideas into working AI products — fast. He’s spent the last 6 years inside early-stage teams, leading builds that go beyond prototypes and actually ship.
Before tech, he worked in mental health — a background that gives him rare empathy for users and teams alike. Founders trust him to cut through the noise, focus on what matters, and deliver AI tools that work out of the box.
At Hyperfocus AI, he partners with lean teams to move fast, stay grounded, and get real results — without the typical engineering drag.

After years of working in the generative AI space—Marie scaling enterprise AI products at Jasper AI and Henry building AI features for startups—we saw a recurring problem: a gap between what founders want to build and how they’re told to build it.
Some needed elegant product thinking, not more developers. Others needed working AI interfaces, not more complex infrastructure. Most wanted a path to something real that users would actually value.
